This is a fairly standard Hong Kong/Philippines low budget action flick that is raised a few notches by the good if under used cast. Biao Yuen & Cynthia Khan are both good even if they don't get to show off their skills a much as you'd hope, some of that is due to the poor editing during fight scenes. Billy Chow & Wah Yuen are pretty much wasted in this which was a shame.
