Scathing and angry movie, it's such bullshit that it is still relevant today. The dream sequences take this to another level. Just the right amount of baby thrown around, baby.

A fascinating dispatch that could only be a product of the 1970s. Despite visibly limited resources and shortcuts (the LA River makes an appearance in a DC-set story), it takes the spare parts of blaxploitation to create something piercing, honest, and emotionally raw.
