Top of the line when it comes to throwing a few bad guys into the mix. Government spooks, Nazis, the mob, there's eventually a wonky cyborg and of course the alien ex-wife. Unfortunately, this movie is bottom of the line when it comes to coherently throwing these elements together. It's so boring for all that's going on. Always been a Franco Nero fan but this is simultaneously lazy and befuddling.
