A guy who looks like M. Bison tries to raise an evil spirit to help him destroy Tokyo. A story this impossibly convoluted and simultaneously completely insane could only be an adaptation of a manga. The production values are down around the level of low budget TV, with cheap stop motion monsters and double exposure effects. Sadly, it's also crushingly boring and way too long: a hulking, sluggish 140 minute struggle against dozing off. Not recommended.
