Not to be confused with the martial-arts action/drama, "Best of the Best"(1989), or its sequel "Best of the Best II"(1993), this "PM Entertainment" early 90's martial-arts action/drama is a charmless bore. Despite a few fun schlocky action scenes, most of the film is just a dull, lazy, cliche martial-arts movie sleepwalking snoozefest.
