Psychedelic cartoon that captures the anxiety of modern life under both capitalism and Eastern Bloc communism – life as a shooting range target, indeed. Worth watching for the Soviet bebop score alone.

Intended, so it seemed, as a criticism of the American way of life, with the caricature capitalist and so on, but also with a kind of counter-culture feel that itself seemed quite American. Didn't do too much for me.
