"Dramatization" of police archival material about a real case, and I put "dramatization" in quotes because the delivery is intentionally unexpressive and nothing is acted out. Interspersed with that is other archival material from Ceausescu's Romania. It's a very clever and inventive semi-documentary and a scathing critique of the absurdity of a police state, but having successfully driven the point home, it struggles to stay interesting and engaging.
