Does a lot in a short time. Depicting refugees in Kabul as real people with hopes and aspirations in a neutral yet informative way, is no small feat.

Persia used to be one of the wealthiest empires in the world, civilized and economically advanced. But due to the greed and war-mongering efforts of despots, millennia of high culture became but ruins. This documentary is simply a general depiction of poverty in a war-torn third world country in the present. It doesn’t make statements, merely observations and fails to create an educational or emotional impact with me.
