The Wonderful Story

One of those pictures which lives strongly off it's simplicity and becomes a solid emotional encounter because of I.A.R. Wylie's novel. The acting is adequate, but not of the standing-out kind. Just respectable, like it's writing. A story which I felt I got something out of, and which came out well on screen without too much effort from the serviceable director Graham Cutts doing his first ever directorial job.
