The Woman in White

I wanted to kill Count Fasco, myself. What a superb performance by Sydney Greenstreet.

There was a strong sense of control by Sydney Greenstreet and the fear in the faces of the family felt legit. But there was something about the narrative which made it more convoluted than than needed. It's like this movie had the stronghold on you, but didn't know how to capitalize on iit. Still a solid chiller of a mystery.
