açılış filmin çekici temposunu kurmak açısından başarılı olsa dahi bu kadar zayıf kalmamalıymış, bu sayede kendisini takip eden iyi işlenmiş ve güzel cümleleri olan politik drama çok daha öne çıkarmış.

The Walker has got a good vibe about it, but it's too dull and complicated to ever become really interesting, and the lack of a real villain or antagonist makes it even more boring. There's nothing to complain about actingwise, but apart from that and the thorough over-classy atmosphere, it's a movie to forget.

Plodding, passionless political pot-boiler (wannabe) which could not have less suspense or intrigue even though there's a murder in reel one! I suppose the acting is ok but the story is incoherent and Woody Harrelson incomprehensible. A boring film, which fails on almost every level. The best bit is when Woody puts his wig in a little house.

Engrossing politico mystery, with Harrelson superb in an unlikely role as a quietly gay 'walker' or escorter of wealthy women. Mystery plot works fine, but it is Harrelson's compelling performance that impresses, along with a superb supporting cast including Bacall, who also gets her best later year role (and all the best lines) as a seen-it-all, cynical member of Washington society. Beatty is also fun as a blustering politico, but he isn't given as much to do. Immensely satisfying.

Interesting premise, and predictably good performances all around. I couldn't help feeling that this needed either more character development or more action, though.

Woody Harrelson plays gay 'fixer' / male escort for rich elderly women. He is excellent, as is Kristin Scott Thomas.

"An unexpectedly candid character study that features a supremely solid cast of characters."
