The Hitcher meets The Money Pit. I miss him already. I can't think of anyone who played more lovable douchebags. My first reaction when I found out about his passing was to pick out which movies to play at a movie night I host at a local bar. I couldn't boil it down and I had nine hours to play with. There's too many quintessential Paxton roles. This moniker of mine doubles as the name of my dog. I always wanted a second I could name Hudson after his most iconic role. Coconut Pete is our parrot.

I have no idea what this movie tried to accomplish, but it has Bill Paxton going bananas for the whole runtime and he's such a delight and... and... [Gets teary-eyed, pours one out for the Game Over Man] ..Oh shit my carpeting!

Bill Paxton and Michael Ironside serve up so much ham in this movie that they had to update the endangered status of Sus scrofa domesticus on Wikipedia.

Bill Paxton: looks at a homeless dude funny. Homeless dude: I'm gonna send him to prison, destroy his career, ruin his relationships with multiple women, kill his mom, force him to grow a mullet and drive a station wagon in social shame, send Micheal Ironside after him as I slowly eat away at his will to live. Bill Paxton: "Hold my beer": goes full Bill Paxton.

Graham (Bill Paxton) buys a house that a filthy bum had been squatting in, so the bum begins terrorizing him, and Graham starts cracking up when he realizes that no one else but him has actually seen the vagrant. Kind of a wacky horror flick with lots of gore but also a strong undercurrent of absurd slapstick comedy. Paxton becomes wonderfully unhinged, and they do a good job of not letting the audience know if the bum is even real or not until the very end.
