Fairly entertaining horror slapstick comedy. The casting is really good. Everyone from opium smuggling gang has a distinct funny personality, but I think Ricky Hui wins with that constant hangdog expression. Zombie is quite impressively made (funny how a monster is actually a good guy here, when you think about it), but it's mostly comedy, not horror. Effective use of atmospheric lightning, however I wasn't able to locate a decent copy of this film to fully appreciate cinematography.
