What is it with foreign animation movies and repacking?! This one recently turned up as The Trick or Treaters (2016). But I shouldn't complain. If I hadn't been fooled I wouldn't have had the pleasure of seeing it. I loved what they did with the animation and atmosphere in this children's tale about how Halloween came about. Unfortunately the actual story was a bit tame, even with it's gloomy orphanage surroundings, and left something to be desired. Overall though, it's one I appreciated.
