It all feels a little forced, and the 'breaking the 4th wall' bits added to that, making it feel like a public service announcement to let the the public know how normal being gay is. Might've been socially relevant in its time, but seems too preachy now. Still manages to be somewhat entertaining and a nice watch, but that's all.
