Not an essential James Cagney, but it's not like there is ever a bad James Cagney movie. A good fun programmer from Warner Bros teaming him with Allen Jenkins as two hopeless truck drivers who always end up in prison for fighting! Not much fisting from Cagney. Instead he uses his head....

Throwaway short and dirty film that was probably a B movie for something. It has Cagney, so it's not all bad, but there's just not much going on here and a lot of the attempts at humor fall flat. Fine, though.
