The Song of the Shirt

A poor woman has trouble getting and keeping work as a seamstress while caring for a dying relative. Meanwhile, we get some scenes that cut away to rich men living it up in restaurants (while wearing shirts, of course). An interesting first draft of sorts for the more influential and better done montage on a similar theme in "A Corner in Wheat."
