The Seduction of Joe Tynan

Reading a synopsis of this movie as a kid, I decided it had to be the most boring movie ever made, and wisely skipped it. Watching as an adult, I didn't think it was awful (OK, cloyingly smug and smarmy, in a barely-post-60s fashion) -- but I howled with laughter at the thought of Kid Me being forced to sit through it, paralyzed with tedium. With a keen eye for any detail that would've bored the living shit out of me as a kid, I tortured my inner child. Barbara Harris delivers, the rest palls.
