The Secret of Madame Blanche

One of many "Madame X" type stories made during this period. A women has to give up her infant son and live in sin until she meets him again as an adult and more shit goes down resulting in a court case. Far from the worst of it's melodramatic kind, but as usual it becomes forcefully stiff. Irene Dunne is good though, but the rest of the cast becomes too hollow for the heavy emotional delivery.
