OK, let's talk basics of movie making. Film is a visual medium, meaning you need to actually show stuff. I don't mean that you need to have a good CGI budget, or that you have to show the monster or blood or boobs, but you have to give us some idea of what the hell is going on beyond close-ups of awful actors staring at something and trying to angst convincingly. That eye scene in the trailer is great; watch that, and don't bother with the film.

Annoying characters, no real plot, the resolution is dumb, hilariously blatant pepsi product placement. At least it was something different and there were a couple of decent deaths.

Possibly worth watching the first 15 minutes just to see just how horrifyingly bad this idea was! And perhaps do a quick skip to about 66 minutes to see what happens to that big fat black guy in a barrel with a penis drawn on his cheek. The rest is the teens trying to get to a safe spot from the FLESH EATING BEACH!!! Yup, that's the idea they went with.... got to appreciate that on some level.... even if it's on a very low level.
