The San Francisco Story

Because of a girl Joel McCrea threads the dangerous line in a town dealing with evil elements. But when the girl is Yvonne De Carlo, you kind of understand. Things go a little to convenient for our hero, but it's not without fun and games, with Sidney Blackmer as a worthy rival. Wouldn't have minded if they'd manage to add a stronger sense of suspense, for the mood becomes a little light for the story it had going.
