The Runaway Bus

The title is rather a misnomer, since the bus in question spends most of the movie stationary, or moving very slowly. A charming comedy, filled with some very British characters. Margaret Rutherford is FABULOUS, and it's fun to see Petula Clark hold her own effortlessly as the voice of common sense. It's the film debut of Frankie Howerd, the beloved British comedian whose music hall origins are evident in his acting style. Cinematographically... there are TV shows of the time that look better.
