A nice piece of revisionist history by the WWE, the documentary glosses over a lot of pertinent facts but still does a good job of presenting the greatest hits of the original ECW. The bonus matches are well worth the price of the disc if you were a fan back in the day.

Many of the stories and facts are blurred with spin to protect the WWF/WWE/WWFE , and only companies they (WWE) own are discussed, but in general it remains honest, despite the obvious bias. For ECW fans, the second disc has one of the few clean/clear recordings of "The Night The Line Was Crossed".

interesting documentary but really nothing special. It tends to skim over way too much in my opinion.

One of the better wrestling documentaries WWE has ever put out. There are some things left out that should be included, particuarly from the later years, but it's still a very informative and well put together rertospective on of the more interseting wrestling companies to ever exist. Good set of matches on Disc 2 also.

The WWE produced death of ECW...Its good, it leaves out alot and not enough interviews. But, you know if they are not under a WWE contract they wont be on this dvd. This dvd to me is great but some of it feels kinda like bs
