The Preacher's Wife

Recommended as a Christmas movie by Rotten Tomatoes, this movie doesn't do much to get one into the holiday spirit. The Christmas aspects of it are in the background. The story is not bad. It's a little heavy handed. Denzel Washington shows up in this one and this was one of the movies that cemented him as America's heartthrob. Whitney Houston pulls off some likability in this movie but not much. I could tell that this movie was centered around her solos in the movie.

It's a fun relatively light-hearted drama that's worth a watch or two or three.

Gray suit however was great....

Poor.

Cute, but entirely forgettable.
