Wow! MGM capturing the atmosphere of thew British music halls! A Brit movie done in American importing the bubbly Cicely Courtneidge to team with none other then Frank Morgan. The Perfect Gentleman (1935). The highlight was the two performing on stage, but it's humorous when visiting the snotty bishop and his crowd too. Could have had more wild scenes. Instead it takes the spirit of the first half and make it more sweet toward the end and therefore losing some of it's appeal for the safe ending.
