Found-footage ghost story that isn't the worst film ever made. No matter how cheaply it was produced, that last shot is priceless.

The highlight of the movie, for me, was a fake newspaper clipping, seen only for a few frames, that cracks a bunch of jokes and even gives away the movie's ending. Other than that, it's an incredibly generic found footage movie tied to a fairly generic ghost story. A surprisingly big issue for me is also that it's found footage for no reason. There is never any context given as to how the footage was found, or why EVERYONE is recording all these things that are happening.

not very special. a cast of a few characters with very cliché personalities. add some bad acting into it, a story that disappoints, and some weak atmosphere/horror and you get this movie. do not even get me started on the second part in this series.
