You can say this is a Our Gang version of Harold Lloyd's Speedy, which had come out earlier that year. The kids help an old horse-taxi man compete with the modern transportation vehicles. Filled with silly jokes. A bit lame at times, but always something going on. Lil' Wheezer was the MVP, doing exactly what he's told. Be it "Sit on a tack" or "Soak your head".... he did it!
