Cheaply made direct to video sequel to The New Option that seems more like a TV pilot than a stand alone feature. The biggest flaw with this overly dramatic telling of the Flying Tigers SDU squad is that there really isn't a single action scene to be found. Hell they don't even bother to show training scenes. This isn't horrible just disappointing, the cast is pretty likable even though everyone just seems to stand/sit around talking.
