In William Haines final film he gets to be a playboy marine officer who falls in love with Esther Ralston, a girl that's too good for him, while a petite latina Armida always hunts him down. I quite enjoyed the crazy comical parts with the temperamental little wildcat! Haines had his moments too doing his impersonations and the movie was overall lightly enjoyable, but the last quarter of the movie they got all serious with wars and personal issues which kind of didn't fit the rest of the set-up.
