The Mad Doctor of Market Street (1942)? They spent most of the time on a tropical island. A real cheesy setting for a mad doctor at work waking the dead. Instead of being a potential horror movie, it's more a scam flick with the disgraced Lionel Atwill in his last leading role. It's good for a cheap laugh and it does have the delightful presence of Una Merkel, even if the film is mostly a mess.
