The Last Mile

Death penalty movie focusing on the prisoners waiting to get the electric chair and the emotions they go through. Low budget with a very simple setting and not much star power. Yet with it's faults it works at a certain level and becomes a fairly dramatic movie when the prison riot breaks out and the brutality starts. Thats when Preston Foster takes over the screen in a big way as the man showing his hatred towards the prison system and saves the movie.
