The Key to Reserva

Scorsese clearly loves cinema with all his heart, which is why he can make this kind of homage work. This is both fun and funny.

Hitchcock is smiling to us from the sky.

A really fun and engaging short that nails Hitchcock's style but adds a humorous twist. Scorsese should act more often, he's always hilarious when he does. Reminds me of Woody Allen.

A pretty darn fun short. It's entertaining to watch Scorsese geek out, and the "film" is a very skillful replication of Hitch's style.

Even though this is really a fancy advertisement for wine, it's a fun little tribute to Hitchcock.

I'd have watched a feature length mockumentary about this.

"The Key To Reserva" has a very interesting main idea and succeeds in reconstructing Alfred Hitchcock's spirit; probably the closest we'll ever get to seeing a new Hitchcock film. Worth seeing once, but it would have been better without Scorsese "acting" in it.

Fun idea, but the actual short isn't anything too memorable.

It would be incredible if he finally the movie.

Fun and singular in any filmmaker's oeuvre. Better because Scorsese's in it as his eccentric, scene-stealing self.
