Thankfully horror made it's comeback in 1939 which gave Bela Lugosi these campy roles to play with. Here getting to do the first British film given the certification H (for Horror) as a mad killer among the blind. And he's got a Frankenstein-like monster as his assistant! A true B-movie with all it's lame and awesomeness melted together. Hardly a great film, but it has it's creepy old moments for a good laugh.
