The Rise of Adolf Hitler, the American version! While you should never ever believe what a Hollywood movies tells you, The Hitler Gang (1944) does give a good indication how the mad world of Hitler came about. Bobby Watson gives a good and pathetic impression of Hitler, exactly what Paramount Pictures and everybody else in the world wanted.
