Recommended if, like me, you have a perverse fascination with bad Tarantino rip-offs from the '90s. Or in some dire cases, the '00s. This one has the trunk shots and everything. And was financed with a loan from the Small Business Administration. This is advertised on the DVD. And in the poignant making-of by the never-seen-again Black director, whose attempts at racial farce, film-literate dialogue, and dollar-short trend-drafting let down a decent cast (awkward leads excepted) who try hard.
