A Grande Mentira estreava em New Hampshire há 80 anos. Muito novelão para o mesmo gosto, só tolero melodrama de gente do quilate de Sirk ou Wyler, fora isso não faz o meu tipo mesmo sendo um embate entre duas deusas de nome Davis e Astor. HDTVRip Regret.

Way too simple sign-off, but a interesting idea fueled with female tension. I particularly loved the cabin scene. At that point it looked almost like a psychological thriller. Wish they'd kept the story there and had them meticulously try and kill one and other. But that wasn't to be, yet the drama works alright with two scheming women (Bette Davis & Mary Astor) and a gentleman (George Brent) keeping things interesting.

an awesome story, the only problem is it has so many different parts that it seems to drag on for hours, and some of those parts are rather uninteresting.
