The Girl from Rio

While it's reasonable to expect that any story based on a group of hot women who use their sexuality to take over the world is probably going to be kind of dumb, there's no reason it has to be awful. Imagine a laughably bad, softcore Bond film w/ no budget for any kind of effect, be it gun flashes, car chases, or stunts. Director Franco claims this is a comic strip but strips were never so lacking in fun. Nor did they attempt to pad their running time w/ interminably long shots of local scenery
