Will Hay, back in his role as a hapless teacher, is hired by a grim school in remotest Scotland. The school soon starts to be haunted by a legendary ghost, whose spectral bagpipes signal the death of one of the staff. Will Hay back being a incompetent school teacher! Got plenty of genuine funny moments, but I felt this was too much a rehash of old ideas, back to school, plus add a few ghosts and murders for chaos. Will Hay fans will enjoy it. Others should choose some of his better known comedies, like Good Morning, Boys (1937), Oh, Mr. Porter! (1937), Ask a Policeman (1938), Convict 99 (1938) & Where's That Fire? (1940) to name a few.
