The Ghost of Slumber Mountain

What a twist. I like this movie for starting dinosaur movies.

O'Brien's first go at more realistic-looking dinosaur animation comes off well (even if part of the strategy involves showing a lot of the action from further out). There's a lot of filler, though (see, it's a story being told to children, about a dream, of a vision, being had while on a hiking trip--plenty of excuse to spend over half the run time on framing devices.)

Jurassic Park, this is not. However, the tyrannosaurus still kicks ass. Sorry, I mean the "two-legged reptile".
