The Fox and the Hound 2

(2014-15 Disneython #18 SEQUEL:) After the triple cinematic diarreah-fest of Cinderella II, Pocahontas II, and Hunchback of Notre Dame II, it's possible that my standards are just in the toilet, but this actually seemed... Kinda halfway watchable? I mean, I don't know why it's country music-themed and most of the comic relief is ultra-worst, but the animation is good and the characters and themes are basically consistent with the original.

It's not terrible, but the entire story is predictable and largely charmless.

Out of all the pointless Disney sequels, this one is the pointliest. Literally has nothing to do with the first one aside from having the same two main characters.

It is really hard for me to not like a movie, and I did think the animation was cute, but many things about this movie were ANNOYING. Dixie was annoying, Cash was annoying, the "Southern" accents were annoying. I did not like it. The only good thing I could say about this is cute animals; partially due to the fact foxes rock.

Somehow lacks the magic the 1st one had.
