The Fighting Phantom

This was quite a cast for a 1930s western. Almost funny how just about every supporting cast member was a more recognizable screen character than the leading cowboy hero Kent Taylor, even if he was no slouch in this one. Nothing about the plot was original, which was as standard as it gets, but there was enough personality brought in to make it one of the more enjoyable westerns in a very poor year for genre.
