Another middling murder mystery. This time set in Texas, so expect lots of high-speed horseback chases, solemn looking Indians, six-shooter toting cowboys and all manner of other Wild West clichés. There are bits where it's more Roy Rogers than The Falcon. The mystery itself is rather underwhelming, but Carole Gallagher gives a good performance as a conniving femme fatale.

A little diversion in The Falcon series going out west so that they could do comedy scenes with elegant Brit-style actor Tom Conway do rugged cowboy things. They soon stopped and kept things mostly domestic. Not too thrilling, but had some moments to enjoy.
