The End

Seems like it’s gonna be a massive change for Oppenheimer - it’s fictional! it’s a musical! George MacKay farts! - but ends up being a very similar portrayal of guilt and denial. It’s remarkably effective at times, with great set design and performances, but it runs a little long and the songs aren’t great, even if the way they’re used is very amusing in how they’re usually a way for the characters to subdue their feelings instead of truthfully express them.

Very poignant examination of forgiveness and absolution.
