Kronk (Patrick Warburton), now chef and Head Delivery Boy of Mudka's Meat Hut, is fretting over the upcoming visit of his father. Kronk's father always disapproved of young Kronk's culinary interests and wished that Kronk instead would settle down with a wife and a large house on a hill. (wikipedia)

Not as good as the first, but close. Definitely one of Disney's better DTV movies. If you liked the original, give it a shot.

Pretty funny follow-up that isn't afraid to be more absurd when it has to be, along with one of Disney's better 'your family is what you make it' messages. And-- this is a personal fault to be sure-- I will never not find the line, "Don't cry for me, Marge and Tina" giggle worthy.

"Your eggs, my raisins." "We can bake beautiful bread together." The sequel to a really cool Disney flick, complete with adult humour! I love it when they do that.

God, this was bad. Even more generic and predictable than One and about as funny. The only plus is the animation which was fine.

The animation was not a too bad downgrade from the first, but the plot and humour were painful for an adult. It felt more like a few tv show episodes turned into a disjointed movie. Small gags and inside jokes from the first movie were turned into drawn out themes (the squirrels, the cooking, the old people, bodyshaming the evil witch) and really milked out dry. They insist too much on details that were not what was funny about the first.

Like, if a sequel was an absolute necessity, it was a good choice to make Kronk be the star of it. This is also leagues better than most sequels that manage to damage the prequels just by existing. *Thinks of Mulan 2* *shudders*

This much like the Minions just proves that comic relief characters make terrible main characters. Everything else is strictly lowest common denominator DTV Disney fluff.

Meh. It's true to the no-fourth-wall style of the original, but the plot is as bland as the characters.

(2014-15 Disneython #34 SEQUEL:) One of the few straight-to-video Disney sequels in which the animation quality actually equals the original film, but plot-wise it's little more than a loosely-connected sequence of marginally funny comedic sketches.

Hey, let's take the most inconsequential character and make A FULL LENGTH MOVIE about HIM and wait no that's stupid.

There have been very, very, very few decent sequals to animated films, mostly because they're all cheap efforts made for a cash-in, this movie definately continues with that pattern but actually a bit more tolerable then it's brethren.

Every bit as charmless and attention-deficit-disordered as the first movie. I am clearly insane to have actually spent money on this

Well-animated, beautifully designed, but just another in the string of cookie-cutter releases that have brought Disney to its creative knees in recent years. Same old, same old. . . will someone at Disney PLEASE allow CREATIVE people to make a movie?
