The Eighteenth Angel

I have to admire how batshit this plot is, with a plan to summon Satan by stealing children's faces and putting them on weird clones. I love the ridiculous aesthetic flourishes, especially the over-the-top doomsday clock and what happens when it strikes eighteen-o-clock. But it's too shapeless and boring to be a true cheese classic; it's hard to follow the bonkers plot enough to truly appreciate it, and there are some gross vibes floating around the "teenage modeling" plot, intentional or not.

A fairly sturdy satanic chiller. While it doesn't scale the scary heights of _The Omen_, this is an eerily efficient fear film that fills the chiller bill.
