The Deal

A lot of people seem to complain about this movie but I really enjoyed it. If you go into this expecting a cat & mouse suspense thriller you could be disappointed. This is a rather straight forward revenge tale steeped in tragedy. Sung-woong Park stole the show with his menacing role as the unflappable serial killer.

A pretty standard thriller. Starts off as an above average cat and mouse mystery, but about half way through it goes forward several years in time and completely switches gears to become a revenge flick that just doesn't mesh. My hat goes off to Park Sung-woong for portraying one of the creepiest serial killers I've ever seen, just look at that sinister smile and tell me you didn't shart a little bit.

Get revenge on a serial killer! There was a lot I liked about Salineuiloe [The Deal] (2015), but ultimately it shifts tempo too much instead of going straight on with it what's needed to be done. Lost it's groove that way.

not too bad predictable, the villain is the man to watch.

Enjoyable yet forgettable.
