Disgusting propaganda piece.Truth is there is no evidence at all that anything that happened in the bible occurred nor is there any evidence that jesus ever existed. The shroud of Turin was proven fake by carbon dating. The "journalist" who wrote this nonsense cashed in big time.

I thought this might be different but it was exactly what I expected. The elephant in the room is that there's another option to their same ol tired revealed religion vs no God conundrum. A "hand's off" God never occurs to anybody, but it's the only reasonable alternative to atheism. His conversion epiphany was that Jesus actually did die on the cross, so it follows (?) that he must have risen. I would like to know what the definition of "eye witness" was that they were using.

A mixed bag here- excellent themes and what should be a moving story gets sort of watered down with overly sentimental directing and poor visual choices. Still worth a watch.

Well I guess I got to take the abusive POS's word that god exists now because otherwise he'll go back to abusing his wife...

This guy is the biggest butthole. Robert Forster appears briefly and seems very lost. Pretty entertaining, moreso than Passion of the Christ at least. I don't understand why if there's a god why he doesn't want his followers to have some decent movies to watch. Also, I thought Christians were all about faith. I thought once proof became involved it kind of spoils the whole thing but what do I know.

I mean...it's less propaganda-based than most Christian films. Not terribly made or acted either. There's a few scenes that seem a little hammy, but for an industry struggling to make things with any resemblance of quality this does provide some hope.

Strobel's story is dramatic and persuasive, one that will encourage Christians in their faith. But what about others who, like Lee throughout much of this movie, don't believe? Can The Case for Christ influence them, too? Strobel is optimistic about that possibility.
