The Captains' Summit

They aren't all captains, but hey! The discussion is divided into three sections, and apart from some highlights in the first 2 (like Shatner declaring he has never watched a TNG episode), there isn't much of real interest until the last segment. In that section there's some fascinating discussion of how Nimoy and Frakes transitioned to directing, and why Stewart doesn't want to. Goldberg doesn't do a great job of wrangling the discussion even though she apparently does this for a living.

William Shatner tries too hard to be the fictional persona of himself, he plays it well but still seems a little forced at times. I like him more when he's serious

Mostly just a bunch of guys joking around, with a bit of reminiscing and a bit of oneupmanship, but still more entertaining than most of the movies.
