Historically The Black Stork (1917) (aka Are You Fit to Marry?) is very interesting docu-drama as to how they looked up-on, educated and wanted to handle the "social" disease of hereditary health deformities 100 years ago. They show off the freaks, the deformed humans and their wretched life, focusing extensively on their self loathing. Definitely bizarre viewing, yet fascinating in all it's grotesqueness. But not exactly a film one sit down to enjoy.
