I thought they stopped making movies like this in the 80s. I guess there's an Adam Sandler in every country.

A pretty tame weekend

I didn't have much interest in watching this, but happened to catch the start. The first act is really good, sharp and funny, and made me think I had pre-judged it too harshly. Unfortunately the rest of the film is pretty much exactly what I had expected, things go wrong, lessons are learned, very very typical... Shame after that opening. There is an exceptionally good sight gag towards the end that obliquely references how the peloton moves in a cycle race when chasing a breakaway.
